Alison Whitmire | alison@livingchange.org

In complex, high-stress business situations, clients have called Alison “the voice of reason”.  She has the ability to see through to the crux of a matter and articulate it in a way that promotes understanding, clarifies thinking and forwards action.

Working individually with company leaders, Alison helps her clients get off the day to day treadmill to focus on the important over the urgent, to drive toward the strategic over the tactical.  She supports her clients in honing their leadership, bringing forward their highest and best self, integrating all aspects of their lives.  It’s her ability to make people feel cared for that allows Alison to help her clients confront the aspects of themselves and their organizations that aren’t working.
